Some of the books the students seem to like are the Diary of a Wimpy Kid sereis, Lego books, non-fiction along with survival and ghost stories.
The grandparents were invited to attend today and this made it even more exciting for the students as they showed their grandparents the books they wanted to purchase.
The Fall Centerville Elementary School book fair is used to raise funds for the media center and to purchase books.
There is also a half price book fair held in the spring and this is used to put books into the hands of the students for the summer.
Librarian Amy Hayes said, "It is great to see the excitement on the student's faces. The shool has a lot of support from the community, parents and grandparents and the school is very thankful."
Nikolas French, a student at the school, said, "I think it is neat and cool. I get really excited. I like finding the science books and books on the Titanic. I also love to read Favorite Magic Tree House books.
The book fair is continuing through November 6th.
