Karen Mosley, Assistant Store Manager at Maurice's Clothing, says at 7:30 PM on September 13th, the Galleria Mall will be transformed into a must-see fashion event.

The Maurice's Corporation is a supporter of the national organization ASPCA... and throughout the month of September is directing that love of animals towards local animal shelters. Maurice's is hosting the "Rescues and Runways" fashion show with the hopes of bringing in monetary donations, adoption awareness, and more volunteer interest in the Warner Robins animal shelter at the Animal Control Facility. The show will display clothing and accessories from Maurice's, and although the animals won't be on the runways, they won't be too far away.

　

There are still four model positions available for the fashion show and Maurice's is looking for women of all sizes, shapes, and ages to participate. These positions are on a first come, first serve basis, so for more information, or to claim your spot, stop by Maurice's in the Galleria Mall. Rescues and Runways will be held at 7:30 September 13th at the Galleria Mall. And Maurice's will be collecting cash and supply donations throughout the month of September.

Animal Control has released a list of potential donation items which could benefit the shelter. These include: leashes, collars, food bowls, plastic litter pans, dish detergent, animal shampoo, Dawn dish soap, laundry soap, liquid hand soap, disinfectant spray, cardboard pet carriers, dry dog and cat food, bleach, and assorted gift cards.
