Crossing arms installed
The incident occurred at the crossing on Ignico Drive.
Before Wednesday the intersection did not have warning devices.
I visited the site today.
Norfolfk southern, the city, and the Georgia DOT worked to get those warning devices installed.
And it was completed three months ahead of schedule.
