WR City Hall shuts down due to heat

The temperature outside was pushing 100 degrees Thursday afternoon, but folks at Warner Robins City Hall couldn't find any relief inside their offices either. It seems the air conditioning system at the municipal complex shut down, forcing Mayor Chuck Shaheen to give everyone the rest of the day off. They wouldn't be back open for business until 8am Monday - that when repairs are expected to be completed and the cool air flowing again.
