This is the first week of our Healthy Habits segment. Every week I will bring you one easy, and beneficial change you can make to your everyday life to be healthier overall. Have you ever been sitting in front of the TV with a bag of your favorite chips and realized it is suddenly empty? This is called "mindless eating", and I met up with Registered Dietician, Jen Allie, to find out how to prevent it.
