She’s worked for two years as program director for the Warner Robins Recreation Department, now Ruby Hamm-Holmes is taking on a much bigger role. Today Warner Robins Mayor Chuck Shaheen announced that she’ll be the city’s new public information officer. Originally it was suggested that the job be a stand alone position, but city council later decided to roll that responsibility into added duties for an already existing staff member to save money.
