If you are in Savannah over the next several days you can expect to see a number of Air Force F-22s streaking through the skies.

Due to runway work at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., the Georgia Air National Guard's Combat Readiness Training Center is hosting 26 of the latest air superiority fighters.

Officials at Langley report a $2.2 million project will replace some runway slabs, clean and reseal joints, repair a taxiway intersection and restripe the base's 10,000 foot surface. The project is projected for completion by Aug. 26.
