Cross-town rivals clash this week as Northside takes on Warner Robins...plenty of high school and college coverage today on Patriot Sports. I'm Brandon Evans.

Plenty of pigskin previews today, but with the World Series over, it's time now for the beginning of the NBA season.

Two of the teams many have picked to play in this year's NBA finals are in action tonight.

Boston is at Miami and the Mavericks are at the Lakers. Lebron James and company defending their crown in one game, meanwhile Kobe Bryant says he's 85 percent in the newly-revamped Laker lineup.

Also, Washington takes on Cleveland.

The Hawks tip off their season Friday, and we'll have more on that later this week on Patriot Sports.

And as you know, TV 38 and our sister stations on the radio are your home for the best local high school football.

We're about to hit the home stretch of the prep football regular season, and we have another fantastic slate of games for you this week.

(8-0) Northside vs (7-1) Warner Robins - Game of Week

(3-5) Houston County vs (5-3) Jones County

(4-4) Perry vs (3-5) Rutland

(7-1) Westfield vs (5-3) Pinewood Christian

It's hard to ignore that Eagles-Demons matchup, and we'll have something about the game everyday here on Patriot Sports.

Today, we have Warner Robins coach Bryan Way who spoke about the rivalry and how big this game is for his team.

We'll have Coach Kevin Kinsler from Northside later this week, as well as a breakdown of the numbers and a history of the rivalry.

We may even show you who people around the station and the community are picking to win.

That game - Eagles vs Demons - is of course our game of the week next week...but this week...

Catch the action from last Friday's Patriot Game of the Week. Airing every Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. and Wednesdays at 4 p.m.
