Today we have a special Halloween-themed Healthy Habits. As the kids go around Trick-or-Treating tonight, chances are you are at home staring at a very tempting bowl of teats. Or when the kids get back, your house is filled with candy you just can't seem to stay away from. Houston HealthCare's Registered Dietician, Jen Allie, has some tips for avoiding the Halloween weight gain.
Jen adds, another way to avoid the candy is to keep sweet flavored gum handy. That way, you satisfy your craving for sweets without the calories or the fat.
