Today's weekly Healthy Habit is all about getting big flavor in small bites. By simply making your food smaller, you can trick your body to become accustomed to a smaller portion size. I spoke with Houston Health Care's Registered Dietician, Jen Allie, to find out more.

Jen adds, breaking up food isn't only helpful for desserts and snack foods... She says if you are at the dinner table and cut your food into much smaller bites, it will help you prevent the need to go back for seconds and allow your food to digest by taking the time to cut each piece of food.
