Accused murder Carmen Collins was scheduled to stand before Houston County Superior Court Judge Katherine Lumsden this morning regarding whether she would be granted pre-trial bond. Well, at the request of her attorney Chief Public Defender Nick White that hearing has been delayed – no word as to why. You may remember Collins as the 17 year old who allegedly killed her 12 year old sister back in July then burned down the family home in Kathleen. Collins says she didn’t have a part in the crime.
