“Then a team will start to panic a little bit, maybe throw an interception. Such as Lakeside and they threw three in the first quarter.
“They get those turnovers and they are just so good athletically, and they’ve got so much speed and they’re able to really capitalize on those turnovers. And then all of a sudden it’s a feeding frenzy and when they get going, buddy you can bring out the barbecue sauce because ‘baby’ they’re about to chow down.
“So it’s very very important that we keep that thing tight, keep it close, take as much time off the clock as we can … you know, play ‘small ball’ so to speak.
“Speed it up when we’ve got the opportunities but yeah, I’m looking forward to the challenge.”
