It is not clear when or where the boy disappeared from. Russell Elementary reported the missing child at 12:19 p.m.
Police say Colburn has short brown hair, brown eyes, dark colored shorts. He was last seen wearing a tan or off white colored shirt with a design. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
