According to the autopsy report, 60-year-old Donald Walker suffered “severe depression” and had a “large quantities of alcohol” in his system on Sept. 28, 2009, the day he committee suicide. The report said Walker had been taking the prescription drug Chantix to help him stop smoking and that the Chantix caused “severe depression.” The report also lists “impaired renal function” as a contributing factor. The autopsy report also shows evidence of “Atrophy and wasting of the calf muscles of the lower left leg.” A left leg injury suffered by Walker years ago plagued him until his dying day...
